Front plate relocation is easy and costs a screamin' $3.
Start with two 4" bolts (1/4" diameter fits plate holes well)
Basically you have one bolt secured to the honeycomb in the lower corner and then you drill out a small hole in the driver's side grille blank.
As far as attaching everything, you need a total of four 1" washers, a handful of hex-nuts (I have a total of 12) and two cap-nuts to finish it off.
The basic thing looks like this: C[]P[][]========[][]WGW
Haha, did you follow that?
It goes: cap-nut, hex, plate, hex, hex, =========hex, hex, washer, grille, washer.
You can avoid doubling up the nuts by using locking nuts, but this is easier to adjust if need be.
Anyway, it's not nearly as complicated in practice as it is to type it out. Here's a pic of mine.
