Default Passenger side red reflector change...help PLEASE

I was directed by B2kinfinity that there were detailed instructions in the manual...
But its only a 3 picture explanation and i dont even think its for thered reflectors.

I took off the panel, inside the hatch & i see no way that i can get to the reflector. It seems those instructions are only for the tail light and who knows what else.

Someone PLEASE HELP....
My car feels so ugly right now with the busted reflector...I parked in a garage the other day and my sticker said "DAMAGED CAR"!!!!!!!!!!
