Quick easy tutorial:

To prevent this from being a lengthy read - simply select the color you'd like to change (this can be done in various different ways, one of them being to go to Select>color range>'eye drop the color on the image>viola!)

Once the color is selected, you can go to Adjustments>Hue/Saturation>'toggle the various sliders to obtain the color that you wanted. After that's all done, there are other ways of tweaking the image to make the change more convincing. Another way to change a certain color is the 'replace color' function.

_____________________

Another way is to mask the colored parts of the car> use the solid color option> then blend using any of the 'blending options' from the layers pallet. Apologies for the somewhat uselessness of this post. I'm in one of those totally too lazy to explain modes.

Have fun.

Black - changing the color to white isn't working for me, let me play around a bit more with it.

The series 3, kinda, sorta... more like bow wow's hulk mobile from Tokyo Drift.

Grrr!, here is my attempt at white. Not to happy with it but its a pain to change a dark color to a white.

I'm thinking about doing two tone with Hot Lava. But I want the two-tone to be like the other xBs I've seen. The TopLine xB's two tone flows down to far for me.

I'd say DO IT! Its original i think. Two tone Blues and black have been done. I have yet to see a two tone hot lava. In my opinion i think it would look rad.

This would be a cool two tone. Kind of a gunmetal color.

Come on d00d, do some research

On an added note, these rims look very hard to get without some serious cash money.

I tested this out with a deep red, and I think it turned out pretty good:

I like the way it looks, but the red looks to much like the salsa red. Can you do it in the tc Rs.1 Red?
Thanks
