I was waiting for that Im a guy I don't ask directions I find my way. Actually I asked the fat lady at the counter and she looked at me like a filet minion. Then told me where the rubber stoppers were.

Look for specialty hardware. Probably in some bins.

most of those people dont know what or where anything is in the stores...i went in once for a heavy duty marker and talked to 2 associates 1 person at the "know everything desk" and 2 managers only to find out that they didnt carry them...i figure its easier to just wander the aisles now and if i dont see it i go somewhere else

They are in the drawers in the nut's and bolts section at Lowe's...

There's also little lighted flags in most sections that say "Need Help" or something like that. Push the button and you'll hear the paging system say "Special assistance needed in the ____ Section" Someone will come and turn it off and help you. It's not like stopping to ask for directions, i just figure it ain't MY job to know where they keep everything...

Thanks. Ill check it out. I was only kidding about asking for directions. The people at the store I go to are relatively useless. I usually get blank stares when I have asked questions in the past
