Default quick halo question

quick question about my halo's

i am having trouble understanding which of the 2 light outputs on the halo headlights are suppose to be the "normal" and the "brights" when i turn the lights on the one closest to the grille lights up but seems so bright than normal headlights. when i turn my "brights" on the middle of the halo headlights turn on and seems way to weak for it to be my brights. is the wiring wrong or whats the deal?

as you can see the light output is the one closest to the grille but is it actually suppose to be the middle?

any help would be great
