scotchgard fabric protector

Anyone ever use 3m scotchgard fabric protector or any other type of fabric protector on the seats of an xA or xB??? If so any good?

As I recall the sales pitch, the fabric comes protected by Scotchgaurd. I checked the Scion.com site and could not confirm.

I have used it on my RS2.0 xB and on all my other cars. Also used it on the mats as well, it does work well.
