Default Sonars and TYCs

Okay, I'm looking to replace my "in desperate need of" fugly stock tails and would like to see what others say about these two options.

TYC vs Sonar.

On the latter point of it, should I just skip out on both and candy my stock tails with LED loaded lamps?

I have the Sonar led tails now for about 2 years and really like them. You could definitley candy your tails, but do not use LED replacement bulbs as they do not produce very much light, resulting in someone not seeing your brake or turn signals and plowing into you. Check out these links:

I say candy it, only cause i candy mines. It looks really good for a 5 bucks mod. Or you can use bats overlays but i prefer to spray paint the lens, looks clean hot. My 2 cents.

^^^ i agree either candy or sonars.
i had mine candied on the outside, which worked for a couple years but then started to go to crap.
then i got sonars, which does wonders for the car.

The sonars are rather nice. Mine are stock, candied and smoked. My favorite combo yet.
