well, i will put some mock ups online after work today. I had problems getting the edges as perfect as i wanted them. They look decent now, but i may try to find somthing to wrap the edge. I was thinkin that silver trim stuff they put on door edges may work but i dunno, the silver may not work. have to see how it look when its on.

ok. These are plexi with carbon vinyl. i found some door edge protectors at autozone for 3 bucks. thank god they had black and i didnt have to use silver. THEY ARE NOT INSTALLED YET, just test fitting. I wedged footballs under the front lip ( ) to see how they are gonna look. Dont mind the bugs/dirt, its been rainy today.

As far as the shape i recomend simply tracing the edge of your lower lip. This will create a shape that looks like its supposed to be there. Other desgins will work too, but it will take some trial and error to see what works.
