btfom how many LEDs, but i think it's pretty standard to have 4 foot tubes on the sides and 3 footers in the front and rear.

 

fwiw, the $89 one i posted above (but don't vouch for) has 378 bulbs. here's a close-up of the blaze tubes from oznium (the entry-level single color tube)

 

That looks likeit's loaded with LEDs. That should look good I would think. I'll go to the site and check them out for myslef. Thanks!!

 

Oznium has yellow ones. But it looks as if it has fewer LEDs in them for 50 bones more? I might have to email them I guess... I can't find the number of lights on their site.

 

yeah.. single color ones leave out the other 2 spots where leds would've been to do multiple colors... but the light spread is still good.

also.... just to give you the insight... most led kits out there are "segmenty" when it comes to their programs... the flowlighting is just the same with that...

the only kit i know of out there that gets rid of that segmentation is the ICELED one.. but that'll cost you a very pretty penny... $800-ish

segmenty or not... the flowlighting's only major flaw that i have seen and experienced with is the short range of the remote. other aspects of it have been very satisfactory for the people i know who have them.

another person found some sooper-cheep LED bars on ebay, but i'd have a hard time going with something like that.

 

LEDs also draw significantly less power than a regular neon tube. I've got the plasmaglow 2.1 million color kit and would highly suggest it to anyone.

 

I got mine off eBay delivered for 50 bucks. The only problem I found was that the lead to the rear was too short to make it all the way to the bumper. Other than that, the coverage is good, the light is bright and they were a snap to install.

That is indeed the seller. I ordered them on Thursday morning the lights arrived on Friday. Granted, I only live a few mile from his place but the service was outstanding. Great stuff for a great price.

 

dude, you should see if you could do a GB for like 20 sets of them, and set up a local pickup, and have SL members pay shipping to their location.
