Me too. My Silverstars are way brighter than the oem ones were. Maybe go with something a little higher in the wattage though to make up the brightness.
I'm thinking of going with only the 3/10th tint on the front lights. Maybe it won't hurt the brightness as much.

I think the wheels are perfect that are on there.
As for the headlights, I had silverstars on mine for a little while, but didn't find them to be as bright as I'd hoped. I checked autobacs and places like that, but the pricing was killing me. I wanted more of a blue look to the lights, but didn't want to go thru the cost and pain of an hid setup. I ended up getting these headlights from pepboys that have a nice bluish tint, and are pretty bright. Only cost around $30, I think. Made by APC or some other similar craphead company.

I darkened my headlights a bit inside, and painted around the outer area. Maybe not as dark as yours, but it did cut out some light.


At night with lights on. Plenty bright. Better than silverstars, I think.
