I have an X-2 kit installed but i have a quick question...How do you reinstall the splash guard/fender well? I dont think all the holes match up especially on the lip. So all you x-2 owners, how did you do it?

 

It doesn't line up the same and you want to be careful or you will be buying new fenderliners like I did, lol. You gotta get under there, line things up and drill a hole through the fenderliner and the splashguard and sip tie them together so it doesn't seperate and get chewed up.

 

yeah i am on my second set of liners. thats why i want to get it right this time. im going to try to put it on in the next few days so we will see how it goes. How have the zip ties been holding up?

 

the zip ties work great, my buddy also made a simple bracket out of aluminum that keeps the bottom of the liner lined up with the lip and that helps a lot.
