Default '05 xB low idle issue

5spd car runs flawless until good and warm then idles down really low probably 200 rpm. Not throwing any error codes, not running rough and not stalling out just super low idle. Was wondering if others have had this issue and if so what was done to fix it

Have a look at the spark plugs, see if there are eroded away. If you don't have iridiums or platinums in there, they will need to be changed every 30K.

If you are feeling adventurous, you can try cleaning out the IAC valve under the throttle body. Or you can just turn the idle speed up with a small allen wrench and 8mm lock nut - on the throttle body

I'd suggest also cleaning the throttlebody and Mass airflow before messing with the preset throttle stop.
