I had to use a couple screwdrivers, a small crowbar, and 2 sets of hammers. it's possibly the hardest part i've ever done. Either that or getting the old exhaust out. /frustration

The OE exhaust comes out easy as pie with a sawzall

FYI, both my factory and aftermarket rotors had small threaded holes.

Mine were pretty stuck when I changed them out today. Using two bolts to push the rotor off is way faster and easier on the car than beating the **** out of it with a hammer. It took me 2 minutes to pop off the OEM rotor off, and that's after five years salty winters on the car.

Once you get the rotor off, put a super-thin layer of anti-sieze on the hub face, it keeps the new rotor from getting stuck. Been doing that for years and it makes the next brake job much easier.
