Default Is there such a thing as a time delay switch?

Here is the deal, my HID fog lights are hooked up to a fuse that is on whenever the ignition is on. However, when starting my car, one HID turns off. Currently, I have a switch that I have to use to turn them on once the initial cranking is done, that way both HIDs stay on.

My question: is there an automatic switch that will activate after a set number of seconds of receiving an electrical current? That way I can always have the HIDs on when my car is on AND I won't have to deal with a pesky switch every time a take a trip.

I believe you want to run a HID set up thru a relay, from what I have read the initial draw for HIDs is higher then they drop off as they warm up. best if others that are running HIDS answer. Sorry
