i recently bought these led red cover tell lights. so, i need to know does anybody know if these tail lights use stock tail light bulbs and what additional parts are needed to put on an xb.

i dont have these lights, but i have the TYC ones.. and my experience with those.. are probably same as all the others.. the lights come with bulbs already.

 

yes they will use stock tail light bulbs. to run them as is, put the turn signal bulbs and reverse bulbs from your stock lights into these ones.

...and use the 2 clear bulbs from your stock tail lights in both bottom sections of the new LED tail light.

the ones i bought for my project DID NOT come with bulbs.

 

so its just a plug in and play for the bulbs and no need to buy a wiring harness.

 

yes. and just to be clear, i didnt buy from x3 racing. but they are the same lights from the picture.
