anyone have this problem before?
a small pee gavel pebel getting inside the brake dust sheild and bouncing around like you have a piece of metal grinding the pavement under you?
i swear i almost lost it when i got the dealership. just a month old and 1,260 miles on it and something goes wrong all ready. well by the time i got there and the service team checked it out, it had just stoped and i was told that it could have been a small rock getting in the dust sheild and or brake rotter and that the brake rotter may have just eatin the rock alive and solved he problem for me...

I have on one of those too. Mine only makes noise when I drive in reverse and during turns. And only once in a while.
Originally the rock got trapped about 5 months ago. I'm planning on taking the wheel off this summer and making sure I remove this pesky rock.
Funny, I've owned many cars in the past and I never had this happen to me in any of those cars.

I've had it happen several times on different vehicles. No biggie. It helps to know what and where it's coming from. Usually you just pull out on the shield and the stone falls onto the ground.
