You can get them at any Toyota dealership.

Here is the part # for the back badge 75442-52040.
I don't know the # for the front.

i've called most of the dealerships in the l.a. area in the last two weeks and they all told me the same thing... out of stock

Call Claremont Toyota, they have it in stock all the time, even the carbon fiber bB emblems and the one that changes color when you look at it on different angles. I got mine from them, GM is a friend, I think it retails $24 for the front and $20 for the back.
