billet grill on ebay

so i found this grill on ebay and its only 40 dollars compared to all the other ones that are 100 or more. is this just a good deal or a bad grill? and feedback would be nice

lol, looks like the took the wire shelf out of an old fridge and painted it, not diggin it,

I don't think the xB grill should be flow through. Seems like it would mostly just get your engine compartment dirty.
