Thanks. Sometimes I wish I had gotten 18's, but I decided on these 17"s because they were light (16 lbs) and not crazy expensive... If we end up getting a second XB (RS2.0?) I'll probably go bigger.

it was very easy to do, just masked it off and sprayed it Krylon metallic black (looks dark silver...) I might paint the whole grille, not sure if I like the outer slats being body color or not.

 

Don't regret it. It looks freakin' good.

 

are those the scion tc rims ?? and did u get those powder coated ??

 

The tC rims? No. Plus the tC wheels are 5lug, while xB is 4.

I got those with tires for less than $700 shipped with the tires. Most of the lightweight 18s I was looking at were twice as much...

Good eye there. Yep I have a Badtz Maru theme going on, gonna do the speedo straight up Sanrio style. Does that make me more JDM?
