Hey congrats! I picked up my new PW xB last friday and lovin every bit of it. I did not get any kind of extended warrenty... its a toyota product, in its 3rd year of production, so my guess is, its pretty damn reliable!

Default ...No Warranty...

I did not spring for the extended warranty. The product is TOO RELIABLE.
Toyota has been pumping out XB/BB's since 2000 in Japan, it's only new here.

O.K. You NOOBE'S, get yourselves a CABIN AIR FILTER to put in your empty CABIN AIR FILTER tray behind your glove box. Don't buy one from the dealer for $22, go to autozone or advanced or pep boys and pay $12 for one. OR make one yourself afte reading the TECH thread called 'Fabricate your own CABIN AIR FILTER'. See photos and read about how to pop off your glove box to access the empty CABIN AIR FILTER tray. This will greatly reduce the dust that lands on your dash board. O.K.?

I believe these were intro'd in Japan in 1997!

Happy as can be, its solid, reliable and seems to have excellent resale value.

Congrats from a PW bro!

edit: intro'd in 7/1999
