Bug deflecter
Has anyone seen a smoked plastic bug deflecter for the xB? I have seen them on Ford pickups that have a subtle upturn instead of the old-fashioned upright ones. I think this will help the air upstream over the windsheild to help with the flying rock problem. Not crazy about the bra solution for this

i did and yeah id say it kinda works for bugs. i only use it on the interstate as im not wild on the bra look. but regardless it pushes enough air up that 80% of the windsheild doesn't get hit anymore. the top 20% does. but its markedly better than nothing. for 45 bucks ( www.carsonscion.com) the fit and finish is very good (just not my style) also the leading adge of the hood gets really punished at high speed by rocks and bugs so the bra works well there also. id recomend it since you can take it off in 2 minutes and put it back on when you need it, the platic ones (whenever they arrive) will be screwed in or dbl sided tape will hold it on but of course those will work better.

Yeah, I tried this one....but it only worked when I stuck my head out the window and I still got stuff in my teeth.
