LOL. Sorry about that. If it makes you feel any better, this was the second time I ordered one. The first one I had told the dealer that I wanted but had not sent him a deposit. He said he didn't think it would be a problem. The day it comes in I call to tell him that I'm on my way to get it and he tells me that one of the other salesmen that was unaware it was spoken for sold it to a couple while they were getting it off the truck. He repeatedly apologized and told me that if I wanted one he guaranteed he could get me one. I wasn't in a hurry so it was fine with me if it took a couple of weeks. Left him a deposit on Wednesday or Thursday of last week and he called me Monday and said it was on the lot. He must have really pulled some strings, but I am VERY impressed with his honesty and how he took care of me. He sent it to the leather shop the same day it came in and had it ready today for me. Leather looks beautiful too! All leather on the seats including the back of the front seats and real leather door panels! It smells and looks awesome. All done in a textured dark charcoal to match. My wife didn't like the xB at all originally when I wanted one, but she has grown to love it so much that we spent the entire night riding around in it after we left the dealership.

Default How Cool was this?

Went to a hockey game last night (Carolina Hurricanes) and including my RS3 there were the blaze, yellow and greeen within about 20 cars of one another. . I waited to see if the owner of the Blaze would show up so we could take pix of all three together, but after waiting a good long time I had to leave.

The owner of the RS2 (yellow) took some pix with a disposable camera and promised to email them to me. . we moved ours as close to the RS1 as we could in post game traffic. I hope I get the pics so I can post them here in the forum. .

I know that for some of you this is nothing major, but considering I had never seen a RS1 or 2 ever before, it was AWESOME to see the three together.

Default Got mine....

Well I'm the former owner of an '04 xA, but just picked up my RS3 xB on March 14th. I've got badge #798. I purchased it from Jones Toyota/Scion in Bel Air, MD. It didn't take long at all for me, I contacted the sales guy there on March 8th and six days later my car was ready to be picked up. I swapped out the steelies for Scion alloys, got clear tails and the color keyed TRD strut bar. Any further talk of color keyed accessories other than what has been mentioned?

Edit: Final price out the door $19,490.00

So I was at In-n-Out last night at like midnight and I get this text message from my salesman and he is supposed to be on vacation. So it was like 4:00am and he was still working....he was online checking to see if everything went ok with my RS 3.0 and my tradein. I was in Borecay or some exocit place like that. He is crazy... I told him that he was on vacation to relax not to worry about me...I just here to say that my salesman is awsome and there is no one better!!! So yea...Still waiting on a good take to wash my car and take pics....they will be up soon!!

Oh wow Im really Laughing Out Loud..... yeah normally I would be mad if someone parked that close to our xB's..... but since its my "junky" minivan, I'll let it pass. lmfao!

anyways im too paraniod about the our (better yet "his") new xB that at night i "box" it in between my minivan and my xB. all 3 are just about bumper 2 bumper, but I guess if someone really wants it, they are gonna take it regardless. by the way i also have a "junky" 99 honda accord, but since we getting the xB's the accord and the minivan are just parking space savers ;)

Dont feel too bad, our "other car" is a 99 corolla with 200,550 miles on it!!! The kids like to play basket ball in the street by our house, so when I see them out there playing, I try to park the corolla in a position to guard the xB. I dont want any stray basketballs whacking our new baby!!!

As far as the corolla goes, they could use it for a pitching backstop as far as I care!!! We take it to scoccer practice instead of the xB for three reasons:
1. The xB will NOT be a "soccer" mom car
2. No dirt coated soccer cleats in the black interior thank you very much
3. The speed bumps where the soccer field is located are MERCILESS!!!

Oh, and I'm sorry 'bout the junky comment- I guess that was kind of jerky of me....

OK people I am new to this site. I heard about it from sudden incline who has a RS3 on order in STL and it should be here this week. Well The same dealership had a 2nd RS3 manual on order allready so I put a deposite on it and hopefully in about 3 weeks it will get here. They said it is at port.

We shall see. These look to be fun rides. Now I am excited.
