0. Thinking about getting a Civic for better gas mileage than my SUV.
1. Never heard of Scion
2. Read a review about the xA in Saturday morning paper.
3. Went and test drove the RS 1.0 that afternoon.
4. Didn't sleep a wink all weekend as I was worried someone bought it in the one hour the dealership was open after I left.
5. Called ealry Monday morning to reserve it.
6. Took delivery of #0240 Monday night!

Suffice it to say that I LOVE THIS CAR! I've got the only one around the Springfield, MO area so far....

 

I can say it twice. ;-)

Hey, I bought my first house in about an hour. Total intuition. Never regretted it. That's the best way to buy big stuff. Know it when you feel it. My xA was a little different. Wanted an Echo but could not find one. Now I'm really glad. Love my Scion.

 

P.S. That house was the only one I looked at. And the only one available in my range. It was meant to be. Just like your RS 1.0.

 

It's starting to seem like I do everything that way.....

I bought my wife a 2005 Honda Odyssey (leather, moonroof, etc) this past Saturday... only 5 days after grabbing my xA!!!

Now... we had been looking at vans all along and that was supposed to be her Christmas present... and the fact that I got a new car before her was kinda bad, but she's happy now.

Cool thing is I haven't spent a dime yet ( financed 100% on both!!) and we have two new cars in the garage... I hope the others sell soon! And JKHY stock better go back up... I was gonna cash in some options to pay off the xA before the first payment is due.

Anyone out there interested in a '96 Windstar or an '01 Sport Trac??? Didn't think so!

 

I love my black XA, but if there had been an RS 1.0 sitting next to it at the time... well, I would have snapped it up.

 

Same here.when i first saw the xa i sat in it.i didn't even test drive it for that matter.i left the dealer and returned 1/2hr. later to put the deposit down on it.and am very happy to this day..............juan

 

talking about impulse buy I was taking a shower, Girl friend mentioned she likes the Xa, Took a look at it, decided to test drive and bought it right there! whole process took like 5 hrs!!
