I bet alot of you can vedge for this.....this car is my first NEW car I have ever had....when I am in public places and go inside and leave my car in a parking lot I am so paranoid I am gonna come out and find it vandalized...I have never felt like this concerning a car....I guess I feel this way because all the stories I am hearing of guy's cars getting screwed with.....just thought I would share my feelings

What I cant believe on a side note is that for this car 500 deductible and zero deductivle for comprehensive that I am only paying 67.00 a month...on my Eclipse I had a 1000 ded and 1000 comprehensive and it was 65.00 a month...I thought this car would of been much higher because its brand new and my eclipse was a 1997 model

Insurance, insurance, insurance. If someone is going to mess with it, there is nothing you can do. Don't stress, insurance covers vandalism. I'm kinda excited to get this car. I was never able to take my last car anywhere for fear of it getting stolen. Wasn't really scared of it getting stolen, I just didn't want to have to walk home. :D

whenever i catch people standing around my ride i hit the panic button. it is crazy funny to see ****'s literally ____ in their pants and jump back like they have been electricuted. you guys should try it sometime. i made this ole lady have a heart attack the other day. i mean i hit the panic and she grabbed her chest, fell to the ground and began to siez. ems came and took that hoe to the hospital. i was like damn old lady watching all of this ____ unfold while standing inside walmart.

That's exactly how I feel about my car out in public. This is the second New car I've owned and the first one I was also paranoid, but not nearly as paranoid as my xB. The thing is, this car is so unique looking that it grabs alot of attention. And when there's vandal's around looking for trouble you better believe they'll see your car first.

Also, the thing about insurance full coverage, it's no doubt a wonderful thing but it still sucks if someone vandalized your car and you have to have a repaint or a repair. There's something about non-factory that I dislike. Especially paintjobs! Non factory paint jobs are never the same. They're generally not as tough which means they don't last as long and they also scratch and chip easier than factory paint. Well, this may not be true but it's what I've seen so far. Even souped up cars at car shows with their repaints aren't as good as factory paint from what "I've seen". Next time you see a car with a custom paint job, check it out at an angle and look at the reflective lights and reflections. You can see the difference. :D

I am also one who is a little nervous when I park my Box anywhere.I have owned several car's over the year's including a few luxury car's that were pretty expensive car's.I do have insurance but still it is my vehicle with my stamp of style and customization on it.And for someone to mess with it would be just sickening.But like everyone said that's why you pay for insurance.I have come out of the shopping mall etc and seen car's driving around my box or people walking out of there way to check it out.I usually park way out in no man's land to avoid door ding's etc.But what are you going to do,if someone want's to steal it or damage it they will.Just try and enjoy the Box and try not to worry.Peace.
