Default Clear bug shield/bug guard for xB?

Hello does anyone know if they make a clear bug shield for the front of the xB's? I want a clear one so I can't paint the back of it white to match my xB.

Default Yes, I got the info you need....

I want you to see two of my posts. In Drag Coeaficient XB, see "Clear Bug Deflector Gleems" Photos at night. Links below:
And in General XB see "Towing Massive quantities/Photos" for some photos in daytime.

Here is one.

This is a good idea, do it before you get any dings/chips.

Post a photo when done.

That one from AutoZone is cheap but is it clear? It does not say, and no photo.
Be sure before you buy online.

xBHAWK Does that bug shield actually reduce the amount of bugs splatting all over your windshield?

Yeah it is, they sell Smoke and Clear. It has both listed here on this page. Not sure why it doesn't specify on the product page itself though.

I haven't ordered from AutoZone so I can't say definitively, but there it is.

My bug count has gone down 80% to 90%. I am somewhat compolsive about clean glass and I often hand clean my windshield with 'bounty' paper towels. Since I installed the bug deflector, most of the hits are on the top portion of the windshield. At normal speeds, and on normal roads, you will experience many fewer bug hits.
High speeds and swampy roads are bad news for bug hits.

I never try to clear my windshield by using the wipers, that just grinds in the bug guts, smears your view and is bad for the wiper blade.

Always clean your windshield before a rain for great visibility.
my motto: "Visibility is invinsability" If you can see it, you can avoid it.

I just installed one that I purchased that was smoked. Covered it with white vinyl on the front, and painted the back "textured" white, and trimmed it in black. I am happy with it. Plan on making a white bra to match to protect the paint all over the front. I have heard too much about the paint chipping, and I have been lucky so far. Three pictures of deflector on page 2 of site below.
