Cold air intake question

Dont feel like taking mine off to get mesurments.If anybody has one off or a stock box what size is it where it connects to the throtle body?
I'm going to try and make a homemade one but need the right size to begine with.

You can use up to 2.5in I.D. pipe w/o problem. However most if not all the Aftermarket CAI's I've seen use 2.25in.
Dont use less than 2In I.D. or you can get misfires and too rich codes.

I converted my stock airbox by adding a K&N filter and making 3 inch ductwork and routed it to infront of the dr side wheelwell. Freer flowing intake and cold air flow for under 50 bucks
