Default Coolant Flush

I have done several searches for Coolant Flushes, but cannot find exactly what I am looking for. My 06 xB has over 100,000 miles - time for a coolant change. I have found out about using OEM SLL pink coolant. That's fine, not a problem. My questions go along the process venue.
I have access to an 06 Repair Manual - in which it shows a drain plug on the front of the bloc. But it appears a hassle and a half just to get at. There must be a simpler way of draining all the old coolant from my engine, and replacing with new.
I looked at one suggested site, on MSN Groups, but that site is no longer up/running. Does anyone here have any suggestions?

There's a Coolant Flush Kit you can Buy. What's the brand? Prestone or something? I've actually got one in my Garage that I haven't used..
I'll take a Picture and send it to you if you want.

Just unscrew the two little white plugs on the bottom of the radiator. One on each side.

Thanks for the responses guys. Some computer "bug" kept me from signing onto this post this weekend, until just now.
Redneck - I don't mind making messes; I just might try that option. Although I might buy one of those big, flat, green catch-all "pans", or "bucket" - try to catch most of it.
Stilletto - (great name - wife's favorite heel), Flush Kit......yeah, know of them. Prestone, Peak, and others. I am not to keen on cutting my heater hose, though. Thanks on the offer of photo's.
Mb2008 - pass on the "white plugs". Thanks anyway.
Oh, I also found some guidance (?) with a search on YouTube. Somewhat moronic, but a little helpful.
I will get this done, as I plan on keeping this problem-free car for a while longer. No doubt I will be making another coolant change in the next year, or so. Thanks again.
