Default Cost of Insurance

I called my insurace agent yesterday, and found that that adding the Scion to my policy WITH FULL coverage would only make it go up $171 every 6 months.... Heres the details

21, married, no accidents, no tickets on my record

1996 Olds Bravada - Full coverage
1986 Pontiac Grand Prix - Only liability

I would be ditching the grand prix and picking up the Scion. I was so surprized that I almost crapped myself at work.... Last month I was looking at Mitsu Galants, and the cost to insure one of those would have been $350 every six months.

It was great trying to get the lady to pull up the Scion.... She kept asking who makes it, and I said Toyota, and she just couldn't find it.... I finally told her that it isn't a Toyota, to just use Scion as the Make and xB as the model..... it was too funny, even after I explained to her that Scion is it own make.

What does everyone else pay for insurance on their Box.... (I should have mine within a month)

Wow.....
Check this out. I got a quote from a couple of companies a couple of months ago before I turned 21. The average cost that I was quoted was about $400.....A month.....
Yeah like $1,600 every 6 months....
Soooooo there for a little while I was just going to wait until I turned 25 to get a new ride because there was no way in hell that I would be paying more for my insurance than I pay for my vehicle.
I just found this awesome insurance company that hooked me up though.
Check them out....

http://www.esurance.com

It's a company I think everyone should check out in my personal opinion. Maybe they could even save you money.

I did my research to make sure they were not a joke and they were BBB certified.

31 here, and i pay $1150 annually, and that is here in Dirty Jersey. I also have 2 points on my record.

I just bought a E1500 cargo van, and pay the same amount on that too. Must be my lucky number.

The reason mine was so high was because I had a couple blemishes on my record.
You should hear the Insurance companies change their tone when I tell them that I got a ticket doing 111 in a 65.....
I also have a wreck but I think that is gone as of this month.....
Esurance is wanting to charge me like $154 a month which isn't bad in my opinion.....
THat's why I want the box because it's so slow.....
