Maybey im on crack, But i thought i read somewere that the factory tailights on the xB changed in style somewhat in the early months of production... Is this correct? It was something about a yellow reflector......I did a search, but no luck....

 

I herd something about that too, how the early California Tails are different than the East Cost. :? But I could be way of track or we could be smokin from the same pipe :D

well, all you's got to do if get someone with an early model xB from Cali, and someone with a late model xB from the east coast to post pics of there lights...if they are different, then your both not on crack...if they are the same, thats some good stuff..

 

tried that , no luck. My 2005, has all white, with one red section. I swore that some had yellow?!?

 

Sometimes, when people take photos with flash, the red section (reflectors) appears yellow/orange....maybe that caused some confusion?

 

no i dont think thats it- but i know what you mean....

 

I dont think this mystery will ever be solved.

 

Very early, there was a report of a car or two at the port with round reflectors in the taillights, like some of the aftermarket ones. It might have been an aborted port installed option or something likt that.
