I'd like to upgrade my stock e-brake with something else. How difficult is it to remove and install a new aftermarket e-brake?

Can't seem to find any tech articles on this one...

Any suggestions and pictures as to what e-brakes/brands other drivers use? I'd like some ideas before I go buy one.

i ended up destroying my stock ebrake handle in order to put on an aftermarket one. i pulled as hard as i could with anthing that i could and it wouldnt budge. the answer for me was a hammer n screwdriver.

 

Wait...you want to do what? I hope you're just talking about the handle.

 

Sorry, yeah. Just the handle. Not the whole mechanism thingie.
