2) no i just grounded them. i need to get a relay later, but for now this is fine!
3) these babies are flawless! no fogging, no need to aim them, gotta say, well worth it!

For the wire loom stuff I think he meant slipping some of that black plastic tubing stuff with the slice along one side over that aluminum tube from the A/C. It helps make it not so noticable through the lower grill. I still need to do mine but I've been lazy.
Wireloom is not electrical tape. This is wireloom http://images.geekazoids.net/wireloom.jpg u can pick it up at walmart for $3. All u do is cut to length n slip it over the A/C line. Makes it disappear for a much cleaner look. I'm using a 3/8" thick wireloom on my xA.
