Red would flatter the yellow ALOT better than blue or green IMO.

Do you Plan on running the Neons during Daily Driving or Just Shows? Just Wondering....Because I always thought that it's Illegal to Have Emergency Vehicle colors. Correct me if I'm wrong.

Red would look nice though....My 2cents.

You are correct, but only if it is visible from the exterior. Lights under the dash and seats would be fine (Scion sells blue interior light kits, which they wouldn't if it were illegal)

Under the car is a different story.

i totaly agree, since the most of the time my car will be in a parking lot or on private property. i would never run them while driving and if i did, the person that crashes for looking at my car has to be dumb, come on now, it's solar yellow, with red lighting, does that or would that look like a emergency vehicle to anyone?

Whether or not you get into a wreck, you could get a ticket for running the lights on public roads, whether or not you look like an emergency vehicle. You could always just not have them on while on public roads. Fact is... red or blue lights visible from the exterior of the vehicle is illegal on public roads, but it's not illegal to have them installed, just illegal to have them turned on.
