I did this yesterday... first, pop the cap off of the base of the wiper. There's a 10mm nut, take that off, pull the wiper.
Then, remove the carpet cover from the inside of the hatch.
There's a dozen or so clips, if you break them, they can be replaced at any auto parts store.
The motor is held in by three 10mm bolts, don't forget to disconnect the harness!
The rubber gasket just pops out, make sure you have a cover ready to go.
