I dont do advertizing for dealers except the one I bought my car from . The manager made sure the salesmen left me alone and I got what I asked for. Thats why he makes the big money. Lets stick with logos.

 

Hey all, although I am not a lava owner, I would be happy to help you migrate the sometimes choppy and less than optimal photoshop images into vector format.

The quality of the output will be much MUCH better. All I might ask is that I be allowed to get something printed even though I am not a lava owner.

I am working on the clear sealer coat. I need to spray it on so I am working on that. As for the Vinyl it prints well and I just need the clear glossy sealer to be UV proof and add a glossy look. Since I do not make a living at this and this is a hobbie I am not trying to get bussiness. I do Pictures for a part time job not vinyl graphics. So this is just for the hot lava owners. First show me what you want and we can go from there.Also We need to come up with a logo that I can send to everyone as a sample.I can send it in brown envelopes so it's not to much money.

 

I would like to see a sample of a scion symbol or something like that. I have lava #1942. btw thank you for everything you are going through to put this together for us lava owners.

 

As a sample, what about a Scion emblem with LAVA or RS 1.0 inside instead of SCION??

Pretty funny how the lavas trying to do their own thing...you dont see other people out there posting group buys or sponsored sales just for a BCP or a TCM....kinda shameful if you ask me....just my opinion

 

I have the UV clear coat worked out the final product will have a luster finish. So now we need to come up with a logo. And any input is welcome and post your design so we can all agree on it.

I like this idea of replace the SCION in the logo with LAVA but would expand to HOTLAVA all run together.

SCION LOGO(need EPS 3-dimensional file): Replace "SCION" with "HOTLAVA"

TWO PIECES (top & bottom) split logo sideways at the top of the horizontal bar with "HOTLAVA" cut out.

1) bottom, placed on metal of hatch: When placed on Rear Hatch the letters "HOTLAVA" will show thru in metallic orange Rear Hatch paint. (Note: need to pop off little SCION logo for total flatness on the metal hatch)

2) top; top part of SCION LOGO for glass and remove top spire for wiper free clearance.

It's the SCION LOGO that is on the steering wheel/ back liftgate for the xB. To do it in 3-D it would be shaded to give it perspective.

Jennifer at SIGNARAMA (www.signarama.com) says she needs it in an EPS (ecapsulated post script) file to print out in 3-D. Finished Graphic would be in two pieces, top and bottom, with the bottom piece stuck on the metal part of the back liftgate and to top piece on the glass window of the liftgate.

The last twist to the project is to replace SCION with HOTLAVA....and the color would show thru the letters from the metalic orange painted liftgate....YES! Dimensions would be, well Jennifer took measurements, about 3.5 foot by 4.5 foot...split horiaontally just above the Logo word bar.

Thats the concept...can you help.

Well let see some samples so we have some ideas to work with. I will have some free time this weekend to try some ideas myself.

 

if you can make the logo with "hotlava" on it....... i will need one...... because that has to be the coolest thing ever!!!!

 

We named our RS1.0 (#211) Q*Bert....if I was able to get a photoshop image of Q*Bert, would it be possible to create a 4"x4" sticker to put on the rear window? Let me know....we really would love a sticker to go with our plates, and there just isn't any Q*Bert stuff out there any more.

 

Post a picture so I can see. I need to have some idea of what you want.

 

Here's are ones that I like...I don't know which is most feasible to do.
