How do you remove the jack bracket under the driver's seat?

How do you remove the jack bracket under the driver's seat?

Are there hidden bolts somewhere, or is time to get Mr. Dremel to help me out?

You'll need more than Mr. Dremel, you'll need Mr. Cutoff Wheel.

Done. The Dremel and some tin snips did fine... took about 15 minutes, including removing the front seat, front/rear door trim, and peeling back the carpet. :D
