i bought an exhaust tip ($5) for my xb from checker because i dont like the look of the stock one and didnt want to pay big money for an exhaust.

ANYWAYS.... how do i install this exhaust tip??

 

I did a similar thing because I did not like the "HEY, sombody STOLE your exhaust" look of the stock exhaust. See my post on the subject:

Do not use the screws provided, vibration will un-screw them and you will loose your $5 investment. I lost my first $8 tip. Use a wormgear clamp. Cut 4 slits in the inside part of your tip and install it over the stock crome 'tip'. If you can't cut it, take it down to your repair shop, draw 4 lines on the inside end of the pipe about 3/4 inches long. Once it is cut, you can fasten it with a 3 inch wormgear clamp, top and bottom parts inside the clamp, and it will stay on.
