Default I Bought My Scion Today....

I'm in Mich. for a family emergance (i live in Oklahoma), and i've been here for almost 3 weeks now. when i get board, i tend to spend money. i got approved at the dealer in Tulsa, OK. but i wanted to put $$ down, and i told the guy i would need a week to gather my down payment. i've had the cash sitting in my back account for the past month, and i got impatient, soi called the toyota dealer yesterday, and ended up going in and filling out the papers and all that good stuff. while i was there, th TCM XB shows up in their shipment of cars, and i had the first grab at it.

i went into today and paid the down payment, drove it, and sighned everything. the XB is now getting throughly cleaned, radio installed and all that stuff. Monday is gets the sunroof installed, and i take delivery on Tuesday..........I'm so Excited.

Only problem is all my goodies that i have already bought..... CF hood, CF wing, Wheels/tires, exh. manifold, cold air intake, drop springs, and projector headlights are all in Oklahoma. i won't beable to mod it out for another few weeks, so i'm rolling stock for now..... =(

just wanted to share the good news with everyone =)

Congrats on the TCM Xb, I bet it will be tight as hell when you are done!

If you don't mind me asking, what's the price on the sunroof, that is going to be one thing I am going to do to my Xb when I get it for sure.

Congrats.

Think of it like this is the control group part of the testing. You can get a feel for the car stock and then you'll appreciate the mods more once they get done.

The sunroof is $999 installed. this is the main reason i bought the XB here..... in Tulsa, they wanted $1399 for the roof. I saved $400, so why not!

I can wait to put the wheels on. This is my 1st set of 20's. i read, and read, and read some more before i bought the wheels. it was either 20's, or 19's, and since i have 19's on my '97 Eclipse, i decided on the 20's. I'm ready to grind, hammer, i don't care i'll make them fit!

we all know what a stock XB looks like, so i'll wait until the mods are done then i'll post pics.
