I'm getting bored with my xB, gimme ideas. (Pics)
Lower it, paint the wheels, and get some trimrings and chrome lugs.
Easiest and most cost-effective way to improve the looks, hands down. I painted my steelies a dark charcoal color and added trimrings. Yeah, they're only my winter wheels, but they don't look half bad.

and get a can of black krylon paint and paint your upper grille.
With both those mods, your car will look 37% more bad-@$$.

It looks very clean already. Perhaps it needs to be blackened up a bit for some contrast. I have a list of 90+ mods I want to do, and am at 40 now. Look at other xB's and see what ideas are out there, and then pick the ones you like. Some mods are expenside, some very cheap. Go with what you want and can afford. A lot of variety is available out there. Enjoy your unique BOX.
some cheap stuff, debadge the rear, looks way better. take off that scion logo on the front, it doesnt flow very well. you get get a bb emblem for cheap. the trim rings that some peaple mentioned are always nice. and the most effective way to make your car look better is to drop it. low. i got used df210s for sale if your interested.
wow thanks for all the quick responses, im def. looking into everything you guys have said. When i first got the box i decided to debadge just the Scion and leave the xB whats your all take on that?
After reading through these pages, i think i am definatly gonna go for the more black/white look, i think PW looks hot with the black contrast
Oh and i've never really mentioned this yet, but i did do randodes interior cold cathodes under all the seats, but they never really turned out? it looks nothign like what any of the pictures on here do, the red is really dim and it just looks rediculous because the light doesn't "flow"? You just see the red tubes, nothing shines off of them, any ideas on that?

alright to the orginal poster...
1st your front end is screaming for fog lights, esp with the side indictors being cleared.
the rear end is looking for the said bumper applique and tinted tails. I had my tails tined on the top 80% leaving the bottom portion clear below where any red is. It came out way better looking then I though it would, it makes the rear tint on the car and really sets it off. It's cleaner looks and flows better then any of the aftermarket lights i've seen too.
If you do the taillight the CF gasdoor applique looks nice with it too.
wheelwise since cash flow is an issue, just get some gunmetal or antracite rattle can paint for the steelies now or leave'em black w/o the hub covers
when you get some cash saved up, pick up some OEM styled carbon fiber fenders and amber side indictors.
lowering it always helps with the stance but i'd wait until you have more duckets to get some trick struts for handling too so you only need to do the install once.
a crazy far out wheel idea you could rock out would be getting your steelies widened too. Stockton wheel does it, http://www.stocktonwheel.com/

you can go as wide as 14" from a stock 15" wheel (that wouldn't fit, i'd go about 7"-8" wide myself) but you could go wider with an offset that would give you a killer dish, the cool steelie look and come right out to the very edge of you fender really fitting the wheel well from the offset making you sit flush (subtracting about 1.25" of offset does that) if you do that and lower it your stance will look great without running a huge wheel, and you'll have some great handling from running all that tire width
