Default LED bulbs in headlights

Has anyone experimented with using LED bulbs in the headlights? I understand they have no high/low beam, but H4 replacement LEDs exist:

Please share your thoughts and experiences.

doubt it's good for regular use, not enough light output. While bright, they wont have the visibility compared to a regular bulb, I would say they're more for a secondary type like a running light, high beam mod. That's what I want to do for mine but haven't gotten around to doing it.

Thanks! What do you think about using LEDs in the back, though? Have you tried that?
