Cheap or free mods that come to mind are
1. Add spacers under the front seat brackets
2. Shave the emblems
3. Peel the black tape around windows.
4. Shave the rear wiper and plug hole

Under 100 buck mods
1. Changing rear shocks to Monroe Sensa Tracs. 70 bucks
2. Hood struts by Red Line 65 bucks
3. Fog lights in lower grills 40 bucks
4. dress up kit for steelies (stainless trim rings, chrome lugs and center caps) 80 bucks
5. Tint front windows to match the rears (35%) 70 bucks est.
6. 3 inch stainless exhaust tip 20 bucks
7. Build an armrest/console 40 bucks in supplies

Question: What does "candy the tails" mean? I'm not familiar with that term.

 

candy means use transparent red spray over them. redout tails.


cheap under 100 dollar mod try the rs-type shifter and a nice shift ****. if you have an auto you can get a nice shift **** as well


also corsport brass shift bushings are great too only 30.00 shipped too!
