Muffler Install
How much should a muffler installation cost? I'm not sure about it, but im pretty sure that the place im buying it may also do installs. I'm purchasing from island motorsports, so if anyone has any info, please post here. Also, please post if you have had good or bad experiences with a ebay type muffler.

The easiest place to attach a muffler is at the disconnect near the rear axle area hence the term axleback. there is a clamp holding things together there. To just do a muffler, they would have to cut the pipe and weld it back and would be more work/cost. They can unbolt it there, add the piping needed to locate the muffler where you want it and clamp it on and it can be easily swapped back to stock if needed, also.
Also, saying an "good or bad experiences with a ebay type muffler." is like saying I'm going to McDonald's, let me know if you've ever had any problems at any fast food restaurants" They sell EVERY type of muffler on eBay...

I meant ebay type, as in a 50-100 dollar one. If i'd be buying it would be an idland motorsports muffler, a shop near my house. I just wanted a general understanding.
