My 1st Car...
drop that bad boy! Looks like that box + sub is gonna roll around on ya, watch those corners! And take out that exhaust silencer if you haven't already, i can't really tell in the pic
The box/sub are well grounded, it hasnt budged at all even with crazy driving
When the car was given to me by my parents it came the the silencer off already, it sounds so nice...
No worries guy the car will be dropped but I think I wanna get airbags to drop it and raise it as needed, alot of speed bumps around here and I dont want any damage. With that said its an expensive project so i need to save $ for a month before I can get what I need.
I installed the Euro lights this morning so here are some updated pictures.
Im gonna be buying a 15 in sony flip down dvd player 2 night (I hope) so i should get pics up when it gets installed.

I love this picture comming up

Prototype, if you mean to remove the emblems from the rear hatch, yes, I've done this and so have many. The procedure is discussed in many old threads (search)
I found my path to debadging this way:
-open the hatch and tie it in a dead- horizontal postion.
-squirt Goo-Gone stickystuff remover onto the badges. liberally. Let it soak for an hour or so if you can
-thin, waxed denta floss
-a hair dryer vastly eases the removal. Heat both activates the Goo Gone to greater chemical solvency plus softens the tough foam double-stick adhesive.
when you've got the badges off, the remaining adhesive may be rolled off by use of the fingertip and Goo Gone again helps. So does some hot air. DO NOT rub your fingertips hard on the paint. Micro-grit embedded in your skin may haze the clearcoat.
So, you got 99 percent of the gunk off, if not all of it. Now take some regular, gentle car polish or cleaner and go over the area. There won't be a blemish in sight. Just do not rub a fingertip hard on the paint! Let the auto polish dissolve, rub off the last traces of tough adhesive. Polish won't "scratch".
New car owners: remember never to rub a bird dropping off even with a damp cloth. Birds eat sand and gravel. Silica is liable to be present in bird lime. That is the word on birds and badges and shaving is still, as always, best done with a disposable razor on your face or your g/f's... pubes????
No one should even ask about frenching headlights, OK?

Thank you for the information regarding removing the emblems, for now I like them but I will see. I was thinking of getting cutom ones made, just a thought.

yeah, take your time on that. just note the downside
I removed mine because I have a fear, perhaps ungrounded, that some kid might chisel them off for trophies and make ruination to the paint and sheet metal.
a punk, a hammer, a chisel
o damn gee haw
badges gone in half a minute
fo' his $@!* shizzle

btw, y'all know what "shizzle" is!
it's language done right and colorful
here's a shizzle translator service.
http://sites.gizoogle.com/?url=
how to use: Paste that -in front of any page url-
submit. view the translation and see what this set of pages is
really really all about.
note: you will have to remove manually the "%20" which the ScionLife software interposes between the two siamesed urls. That must be some sort of anti-hack? But do shizzle your ScionLife and do live richer for the experieizzleence.
it's all good

I was born in O and do not go there much at all but if I do drive up there how can I distinguish my car so you'll be able to spot me from a distance?
har har har! a danged yellowbelly joke from me, -again- but yes, I'd let you know I was going there.

I really like these lights. One of the first things I'll do probably is look for great tail lights. I think these are hard to beat. May get these lamps if you don't mind another guy following your style-lead from a safe distance (miami)
