I'm waiting for someone to mount a V-8 in the back of an xB. Take out the backseat, spare tire, and everything behind the front seats, and you could stuff a Ferrari V-12 and tranny back there! The space under the hood would have to be all gas tank if you wanted to drive more than a block or two.

Better yet, use the V8 that Toyota already has. Build a tube frame with cage included and mini tub the rear to fit like 275/60/15's and Presto Pro Street Box. Should weigh under 2,500 lbs and run in the low 11 second quarter range and still have A/C.
