goto www.photoucket.com register for a free account upload pics from your computer to photobucket then you can post pics

 

you cannot have a picture in your sig. only text. and to post a picture, go to the gallery (under features in the top tool bar) and upload, (bottom black toolbar), then when uploaded, go to your gallery, right click on it, select properties, then copy the URL thingy, then, go to post it, press the IMG button, paste the URL, click the IMG button again so the line of text looks like this [img]urlhere[/img] okay!

 

www.imageshack.us is probably the best site out there to host images. No registration required and it gives you the text to enter in forums for images or for thumbnails.
