Something strange occurred yesterday and I was wondering if there is a quick fix to this or if I should take it to a dealer. I have had my xb for about 4 months now and everything is fine and yesterday the door ajar light doesn't go off. I checked all the doors and hatch and all of them were closed shut. I looked closer at the light and noticed it was about 1/2 as bright as usual as I wasn't wearing my seatbelt at the time and noticed this. I can't get the damn light to go off. So what is the deal? Has this happened to anyone else and is there an easy self fix to this like changing out a fuse? Seems odd that it would just happen out of nowhere.

 

I would just go back to the dealer. If you only had the car for 4 months then it will be covered by your warrenty.
