Sorry for the crappy pic..This was shot at an exhibition in a mall..
i dont think this XB could be driven like it was with those 20" rims..The tires were bareyi 1/8" of scrapping the fenders.

so u wouldn't b able to drop the xb then? none of those boxes seem to be lowered...

 

ya you can drop them its just when you put a 20inch wheel on it raises the car up and when you put lowering springs on it lowers it to about stock height depending on the drop you have, ive seen xbs with 20s and a 2 inch drop im sure you could do more if you do some cutting and bending

 

ew ew ew. they do not look right. theyre soo much larger than stock diameter.. and are unsafe unless of course you get big brake kits......

 

they arent that unsafe unless you get some super heavyweight wheels. which i understand that a lot of them are heavy, but only some are so heavy that it actually henders your braking.

 

what size tires are run on these 20's?

 

30 series tires most are bfg but nitto just came out with one and some people also run a 35 series

 

Our RS is on 20's....I'll post up the pic in a minute I have to load it up.

Its on axis Reverbs Nitto Neo Gen's 225/35R20!!!

axis/wheel studio installers removed about a pencil width of plastic and three bangs with the hammer to the inside back well and viola! We're rolling on twenties!

well almost all 20's are significantly heavier than 18's.....

and when i put 18's on my ride i hated how much the braking suffered. and yes they were cheap somewhat heavy motegi's but most peeps with 20's buy cheap ones or heavy chrome ones..

 

What? You can't put staggered wheels on an xB... hahaha

That looks so sweet. They don't seem as big as many of the 20's look.

Hmmm... a 2.0 with 20's. That's like a perfect 20/20 vision.

BTW my husband still has his Goldlines on with his 20's. It raised him up of course but he doesn't care. He loves it.

:D I agree, staggered is amazing looking! Ive gotten so many compliments and thumbs up. Most guys do think its a by nine in the rear tho and are amazed when I tell them its an 8!
