For those of you who say that Zaino doesn't perform well, did you follow these instructions? The only reason I ask is because a few years ago when I had my 95 Impala SS I used their whole lineup of products and followed these above instructions to the letter. I've never had another wax since then stand up to dirt and weather like Zaino did. And he mirror finish you guys are talking about was just incredible. The paint looked like you could walk right through it.

Granted, it's very expensive as far as wax goes, but to say it's "overpriced junk" just isn't fair (so long as you take the time to use their products correctly).

Just my humble $.02.

Congrats on the sponsorship BTW!

I'd like to get in on this...
njforcedlife77, congrats on the sponsorship. I am glad that you are getting free wax out of the deal.

I am a total car care noob. I don't know much about detailing, but that xB's paint is looking pretty nice!

This weekend I tried out some of Smart Wax's products on my girlfriend's Hyundai Tiburon she was showing at Gator Drag '08 in Conroe, TX. I used their spray on waterless wash/polish/wax in one called SmartOne. It worked beyond my expectations. It got all the dirt off...including bugs that we collected over the 350 mile trip to Texas. We then applied SmartGel on all of the exterior rubber, including tires, and black plastic trim. It brought life back to all of those areas. We also used SmartDressing on the interior and it left the inside looking clean and shiny without a greasy feeling. My girlfriend really liked the smell of it because it smelled like suntan lotion. Now, her car didn't look like njforcedlife77's mirror finished xB, but it was definitely clean.

All Scion paint does this not just the BSP. We got the crappiest paint known to man.
BTW, love the RS3. Too bad the Zaino doesn't get rid of the orange peel. My orange peel is fading away after a couple rub outs with the Meguires 3 step system and rotory buffer with foam pads. I only use Nano wax tho for the finished product.
Most people ask me who did the paint? They freak when I tell them it's still the factory finish.

Looks great! Zaino is some great stuff... the more layers the better-the color will get deeper and wetter looking and it lasts a long time.

Zaino is better for the darker colors so those of you with light colors won't notice it being better than... say Meguirs.

BTW, I love the green! I wish I had seen that when I bought mine.
