Wonder how much it would cost do do a mod like this? or if you could order the parts to save on some of the custom fab work...

Other than being unique because it's not available here, I don't really like it. It looses one of the best things about the xB....all that great cargo space.

this can be done to an xB ? r u serious? it'ds be alot heaper , easier , and safer to import a bB and then swap in the larger 1.5 motor.

Is the rear door a "suicide-door"? I don't see a handle...

Really? Thats one of my only gripes about it. I would take out a couple of inches of leg room in the back seat so I have more space in the cargo. I cant even fit my daughters car seat back there.

Let me clarify a little. I can fit a LOT of stuff in the xB, but not all of it is in the back. I agree that there is a rediculous amount of rear seat leg room. When we have to load up the box with a bunch of stuff, we get pretty creative with where some of it goes. It's usually a combination of the 60/40 split fold-down seats, and the rear seat floor boards. I was shocked by how much camping equpiment we fit in there and still left the "40" seat for our son.

Open decks rock. I feel Toyota really dropped the ball by not bringing it here to compliment the xB.
