please help with ac/heater problem

i got a 06 xb i get nothing turning on at all when i try to turn on the heater or ac theres like no power the only button in that area working is the emergency lights please help thanks

Also check to make sure someone didn't turn the fan to Off. This will keep the heat and AC from working. Happened to a friend.
