Default Power Folding Mirrors

I know in Japan that there is an option for Mirrors that fold in with the press of a button. They are quite cool, and I wish I had a set on my Starlet. I have seen a couple sets for sale, but I didn't know what all you would need to make the kit work.

Any ideas on what you need, is it just mirror switch and mirrors, or is there something else needed?

Usually just the mirrors and the switch. Shouldn't even have to change any wiring, since it gets the same power from the normal power mirror wiring, just has an extra motor in the housing to make it fold in. I'm probably wrong, but in theory it sounds good!

Yeah it does sound good. If I could only find a Japanese wiring diagram to check out....

Got a set of the Toyota Japan Power Folding Mirrors and put them on today.... you have to retrofit the mirror bases so they will be angled for a left hand drive car and run two wires from each mirror to the mirror switch.
On the US Models they use the same plugs but the connectors are not it there for the power folding motor wires... no relay needed... just the mirror motors and the switch.
